Return Policy

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note shipping charges for returned items are at customer expense.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds or exchanges will only be extended once the item(s) have been received and inspected by our team. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we deem the product has been misused or the damage is not a defect. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Fast Shipping

Orders placed locally for ready to ship styles deliver via Fedex Standard within 3-9 business days. We offer FREE Fedex Express delivery on all orders over $500 USD within the United States (2-3 business days) and Canada (3-4 business days).


International orders deliver via Fedex Standard International within 6-10 business days. Please note that orders ship from the US and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. While we try our very best to keep international shipping costs low, your country’s import fees are out of our control. Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify by emailing
